So I was contemplating on doing this
I read most of these comments and all of them are terrible.
My horrible experience at this specific location was I had 4 orders. I told the young man what I needed and all he did was huff and puff for everything trying to get a laugh out of his coworkers. I always leave my order last I asked for extra provolone and extra pepperoni Italian sub on gluten free bread. He forgot I asked for extra and his coworker said you forgot the extra provolone and while he is telling this young man he is getting red and pissed off his face was beat red. I was getting scared for myself but more for his coworkers who knows how he treats them. He cuts his coworker off and says I didn’t ask for extra provolone as he grinds his teeth and looks at me. I was literally terrified. I was so scared I wanted to cry. I left the store because I was shocked that someone is speaking to me like this. So I walked outside to get some fresh air. I walked back in and told the kid he needs to calm down. He then tries to kick me out the store and the manager comes out and is basically on his side and tells me to leave. I just paid for my food and left. I called to complain thinking I’d get the owner of this location but no I got the same manager, she didn’t want to hear what I have to say she hung up on me.
These people take the job to represent this company and not even the franchise cares enough to do something. Hire me for a good price and I’ll make sure this is top tier.
People should not work in customer service if they have nasty attitudes especially this store is the worst I’ve ever encountered.
