These guys went above and beyond when I asked for my gluten free sandwich, they cleaned every surface and prep area before making my food. This had a negative effect on time however, as the line quickly grew while they were still cleaning for me, so I felt really bad that I was holding everyone else up. The longest part was cleaning the meat slicer. Don't get me wrong, I REALLY appreciate the detail, but why did the meat slicer need to be cleaned for this? I honestly don't know. The sandwich was amazing and the staff was super nice and accomidating. I will need to time my visits better to not inconvenience the rest of the line when I go however, as the "de-glutening" process for them seems lengthy.
