Every time we order from here, they get things totally wrong. The reason we order the way we do is because there are allergies to certain things like onions, tomatoes, and dairy in our family. One of the Original Italian subs we ordered (#13) had Rosemary bread (that has cheese in it) and tomatoes when there shouldn't have been (it's supposed to be white bread w/o tomatoes). The other #13 Original Italian sub had onions and stale gluten-free bread (should be rosemary bread w/o onions). I will not order from here again. I'm hearing similar complaints from others as well. When paying close to $100 for subs, the employees should at least care about getting the order right more times than not, especially when allergies are a concern.
