If I could give more than 5 stars to Gavin, I would! He had to deal with some customers who were being very rude, and he handled it with professionalism and care. The store even gave us free drinks because of our wait time, but we didn't even care. They took extra precautions with our gluten allergy and made sure every customer was taken care of. Thank you Gavin and the whole Jersey Mike crew!

I got diagnosed with celiacs about a month ago and have avoided eating out at all. I saw Jersey Mikes has trained their employees to deal with customers who are gluten sensitive or have celiacs and I can confirm this is true. As soon as celiacs was said the employee started explaining the subs would be made in the back using a seperate slicer, utensils, toppings and would be kept completely separate from the normal prep area also while explaining new gloves would be used to prevent cross contamination. The attentiveness and care did not go unnoticed. Anyone who has celiacs or a sensitivity, I highly recommend to try eating here. We will 100% be going back.
