Today was my first experience at Jersey Mikes and the only reason I went in is because of the "Udi's gluten free rolls" sign on the window. I had no idea they offered this and I am amazed! I have been waiting for a chain to offer gluten free options and I am more than thrilled!! Especially that they rolls are a known brand, I only wish they were able to toast the rolls, if you eat GF you know the bread is best toasted lol but still thrilled! Also the staff was awesome!
