Friendly staff, respectful of gluten sensitivity by changing gloves, using a different knife, and cleaning everything before starting.

My mom ordered a gluten free bun due to celiac (bread was advertised on door). The employee had attitude and seemed very bothered by this request, though it didn't take her long to wipe down the counter for prep. She also made a show of telling the customer after us it would be a minute, though, again, it did not take long at all. The other employee putting condiments on the sandwich didn't swap out the utensils for mayo, which should've been communicated to her for cross contamination purposes. There seemed to be a ton of employees standing around and staring at the floor while the working employees acted annoyed that we were there. Weird and unpleasant experience.
