Jersey Mike's Subs

I was just diagnosed with Celiac disease and my husband and I were craving Jersey Mikes… I let them know I had Celiac when I ordered and they made every attempt to make sure there was no cross contamination. I thought I would have to write off subs but they did great making sure I could still enjoy my favorite! Thank yall for taking the time to accommodate those of us who have allergies and celiac problems!

The lady I'm assuming was the manager was EXTREMELY RUDE. My mom who is HIGHLY allergic to gluten told the lady working she had an allergy and we have never previously had issues with any jersey mikes cleaning down and changing things and the woman working didn't wipe anything down, rolled her eyes and acted like it was a problem. My mom had always had squeeze mayo in the bottle due to no cross contamination and when she mentioned it the lady caught an attitude and kept saying how nothing is gluten free and how she can just use the regular mayo and over all was just rude. Then at checkout my mom put in her number and the machine said waiting on cashier and the lady very rudely kept making comments about how it was her and she was the issue. I will NEVER be coming back here if we will be treated this way for my mom having an allergy.
