The team at the Lenoir City location do a fantastic job! April, Allie, Mike and John were working when we went in with a large order and they not only did a fantastic job, but were incredibly friendly and helpful. Some parts of the order included the need for Gluten free / dairy free sandwiches due to food allergies, and they not only accomodated the requests, but went above and beyond in how they served the food! WE WILL BE BACK! Great location and great people!

Had an absolutely unhinged experience in this location today. Ordered a sandwich online on gluten free bread. Arrived on time to pick up my order and it wasn’t ready. I waited ten minutes and then politely inquired and was told it would be a few more minutes. After 20 more minutes they brought me a bag with a tray in it consisting of a pile of meat and cheese. I asked “what is this?” They said “we’re out of gluten free bread.” They hadn’t planned to tell me that… they were just going to send me out the door with a tray of meat and cheese. Nothing remotely resembling the sandwich I had ordered and no refund for the gluten free bread ($3.00 upcharge) offered. I asked for a refund and no one in the store knew how to process one on account of the fact that no one in the store had worked there more than 2 weeks. After calling the district manager, I finally left with a refund, no food, and forty five minutes of wasted time. Not even so much as an apology. Will avoid this store and all Jersey Mike stores going forward.
