Placed an online order on my wife's behalf for a sub with gluten-free bread (dietary requirement). The store was out of GF bread and did not call to notify - we only knew when my wife tried to pick up her order. The store employee claimed they were "too busy" to call, but the employee could have used the time that they would have taken to create the sandwich in the first place to call me about the order! Absolutely ridiculously terrible customer service, resulting in only disappointment and a waste of a stop off the highway.
