Quite a line with one worker. Other worker comes in from outside carrying trash, fixing floor rugs and petting a dog of another coworkers. He proceeds to the back of the counter to put on gloves and attempts to assist me. “Sir, you’re not going to change your gloves?” He says oh. Then only ONE person knew how to assist with making a gluten free sandwich. I’ve been here about 30 minutes now. I’m still waiting…watching their every move. Not good service. And quite unsanitary. Awesome customer service and good sandwiches. I’m celiac and didn’t know I could come here until recently. About a month ago I came in and they helped me out by explaining how they protect me from cross contamination. They change their gloves, the knife, wash the station, and even have separate mayo in a squeeze bottle. Today I came in and the same gentleman saw me and immediately asked me if I had a gluten free preference. It’s been awhile and he saw me only once before, so I’m impressed. Staff checked on me twice while we were eating inside and the space was clean. Definitely coming back any time I drive through town.
