The guys tonight made me a lovely gluten free sandwich and made sure to inform me that warming my sandwich on the grill would expose me to breadcrumbs. They made sure to clean the grill for me so my exposure would be limited. I appreciate the concern they took with me! A lot of restaurants do not care. Amazing cold Italian subs! They have a Gluten free bread option which is great, too. A bit pricey but delicious.
