My gf has some food allergies, including dairy and gluten. We placed a pickup order and ended up getting there early. I waited inside and watched them make hers. Normally if we were in line, they would wipe down the equipment and counter. Standing from the side, I watched them blatantly make the sandwich, ignoring all instances of cross contamination. The brat at the counter had the nerve to lie to me and tell me they wiped it down, literally smirking as he said it. To make matters worse, it's been months and I'm yet to hear back from the manager on a return. Did some research and found that intentionally ignoring allergies is a form of assault. If I had known I wouldve had her consider filing charges.

Very good experience. Came in during lunchtime and did not have to wait long at all to be able to order. I ordered a sub on gluten free bread and the staff immediately cleaned all the equipment, cutting boards, and changed gloves to reduce the risk of cross contamination. I was really impressed and happy to see this! It is also so nice that they offer a gluten free option to begin with! And seeing the extra step and caution taken was really nice. They even had a gluten free cookie available. Overall, a great experience. Great fast service, food was good and fresh, and was even able to get a seat during lunch time.
