Went here for the first time with my daughter who is allergic to gluten because they now offer gluten free bread. As soon as I told them there was an allergy they immediately stopped and clean the slicer. Then they put clean paper on the counter to help with cross contamination and used the mayo from a squeeze bottle instead of the regular bin. At the end they wrapped the sandwich in a new sheet. It is such a relief when staff are properly trained and take allergies seriously.
