I love that this restaurant offers gluten-free bread, and takes extra special precautions when handling it. They change gloves, use different mayo/sauce and have an entirely different cutting board they build your sandwich on. While I'm only gluten sensitive and not celiac, I think anyone with celiac would feel super safe eating here. And all the team members were nice a super knowledge about how to handle wheat intolerance. Great service for a chain sandwich shop!
