Got the Italian bowl and I am wicked happy about it! I’ve missed eating subs having celiac and THIS option is great! Your GF bread is okay and this option is much better IMHO.

Safe. 100% gluten free. I have celiac and I have seen shortcuts at other places that make my spidey-sense tingle but this specific location is very good at playing by the rules! New knife to cut, new gloves, new paper to prepare on, squirt bottle Mayo. This place is the real deal.
