Jersey Mike's Subs

Now that Jersey Mike's offers gluten-free subs, my life has become mostly complete. I'm so happy to be able to eat a sandwich that I feel like a kid at Christmas. Thank you so much for helping people who have gluten-free preferences because of this I can eat sandwiches again At fast food places like yours. I went into this place and had A really good experience the other day. Everybody was super nice and helpful. Plus my sandwich was amazing. Can't wait to come back.

I frequent Jersey Mike’s, and am familiar with their gluten policy. This was probably the worst Jersey Mike’s ever for several reasons. There was dirt and bugs in all of our fountain drinks. When stated gluten free, they just brushed off the counter and proceeded to make the sandwich. When we told them about the bugs they did nothing. They waited until our sandwiches were made to tell us that their system was down, I was planning on paying with a gift card. Our only option was cash and the visit had gone so poorly we wanted to just leave our stuff but we had two hungry fussy toddlers and that wasn’t an option, we went and got cash.
