If I could give more stars, I'd give them a 1,000! The crew and their manager Brian deserve it. My family recently found that we have a gluten intolerance issue, and navigating that diet change can be a little overwhelming, especially with children. This was the first restaurant we tried after making diet changes. I'll be honest, I was nervous, and my 9 year old was already complaining about our food options. Brian, you made this change incredibly easy! Thank you for your kindness, patience, and willingness to help us navigate through change. Brian went out of his way to make sure our son LOVED his sandwich. I mean it, LOVED! The other employees were also incredibly sweet and seemed happy to be working there. You can tell when a crew is happy, and that happens when they have someone who genuinely cares at the lead. This happened well over 2 months ago, I've been slow to review but have not forgotten about the kindness shown to us at this location. This was also the first time we stepped foot into a Jersey Mike's in at least 5 years. We'll be customers for a long time. I hope corporate sees this, Brian and his crew deserve some recognition!

Katie deserves a promotion or a raise. Seriously! Talk about amazing service and just a fantastic role model for the company. She was so unbelievably considerate about my gluten allergy that it made my entire day. We need more Katie's!

Horrible service! Waited over 30 minutes to get our sandwiches. We had one that was gluten free, just because we have an allergy they take every ones order and complete their orders while we wait. Having an allergy to gluten doesn't mean we aren't important. While waiting they complete 2 of our sandwiches, which then they are getting cold and soggy. Won't be back to this place.
