Jersey Mike's Subs

very disorganised staff. gave us wrong order. after they fixed it had to tell them to take off surcharge for gluten free. cashier could care less didnt acknowledge or apologise. dirty dining area and staff are all on their phones. stained ceiling tiles peeling paint general lack of maintenance. for $10 subs need to do better. food was ok but very sloppy and careless prep. feel like they are expanding too fast and not focusing on quality. wont be going to jersey mikes anymore

I came in with my mom today 9/8 around 7pm. 3 gentleman were working, 2 looked on the younger side and the other I assume was their manager. The manager greeted us and was very friendly and joking with us. We told him I have a gluten allergy and he immediately knew what to do, pointed me towards the gluten free cookie (yum!!), and made sure the other worker fulfilled the necessary protocol to keep me safe too. I am very grateful for the kindness and the attention to my dietary needs. The bathroom was also very clean!

Today (7/11/23) was our first time ordering from Jersey Mike's. Were we ever pleased! The steaks/sub were so full of meat and veggies, cheese that we were absolutely stuffed after eating their regulars. We WILL definitely order again because they even cater to gluten-free dietary concerns. Flavors were so good that we were wishing we had stashed another half in our fridge for tomorrow. 5-star food, ordering, pricing, EVERYTHING all the way around.
