As someone with celiac disease, I was pleased to see that they offer a gluten-free option for their bread. Initially, I was hesitant, but the manager and staff reassured me about their strict procedures to prevent cross-contamination. I didn't experience any sickness afterwards, which is remarkable considering my sensitivity to gluten. I highly recommend Jersey Mike's to both celiac and non-celiac individuals.
