They always prepare my gluten free orders separately and on the rare occasion they are running late they apologize profusely. The meatless portobello is my favorite sandwich.

Great gluten free experience! As someone with celiacs, I find it difficult to advocate for myself when eating out. I did not have to do that at all at Jersey Mike's! They were clearly busy with online orders, but served our family quickly. When I stated I needed GF bread, she immediately asked if it was an allergy or preference. While it's neither, I cannot risk cross contamination, so I said allergy. Not only did the entire line change gloves, but they used a different mayonnaise and knife to avoid cross contamination. Kudos to this location for their education on gluten issues!
