I have celiac disease (like a gluten allergy). So its hard to eat at places like this with all of the cross contamination fears. But the man that made my sandwiches today was stellar (taller with purple ish dreads). He was training a new hire (who was helping with the sandwiches) while also multitasking and made sure every surface was clean, they got new tools, and they both changed their gloves. I watched every step of the process and I've never felt safer at any other jersey Mike's than I did at this one. People who are trained properly to handle allergies really do make the day so much easier and better for people who usually struggle pretty hard with food. Thank you both for incredible, patient, safe, and non judgemental service. ❤️

I've regularly ordered from the app but never walked in to order and i was pleasantly surprised when I ordered a gluten free sandwich, How well they considered my allergy. I'm always skeptical when asking for gluten free as most think it's a preference and not an allergy but each worker changed gloves, wiped the counter, and cleaned the grill before preparing my gluten free sandwich.
