Seemingly the owner came out of now-where, explained everything in detail and was very kind about a question I had.
I've heard great things and the prices are amazing. The resturant openly lists the quality of food they use inside too, and they know what they're cooking and it SHOWS.
The culture when you walk in is also homey and makes me feel great supporting them and what they're doing. Which is feeding people at a highly respectable rate.
Possibly my new everyday eat.
They have TONS of gluten free options. Only two things on the menu have gluten included.
