I absolutely love Jet's pizza, they have one of the best gluten free crusts on the market. This location however is an absolute joke. We have given them multiple chances, and every time it has taken HOURS to receive our order. Well over the estimated time they provide. On top of that, they have also delivered to the wrong address, so I did not receive the order I waited hours for, AND were unable to give me a refund. Terrible experience.

Ordered ahead on a Saturday. Detroit style, hand tossed round, gluten free and a cookie. Estimated pick up time was 5:36. Got there about 5:30. They told the woman ahead of me who had also ordered ahead that they ran out of cheese. They had to make more and hers would be another 15 minutes. When I got up they told me mine was in the oven and would be 8 or 9 minutes. So I figured it would be ready by 5:40. About 5:50 her and I both went to the counter and they said the oven was backed up. They would be done soon. She got her pizza about 15 minutes later. When I went back up they said they were still waiting on the round pizza. No idea when the other 2 were really done. I finally got the pizzas at 6:18. 42 minutes from when it was supposed to be done. When I got home I found that every pizza was overcooked, even the round one which I would have thought was the freshest cooked. The gluten free pizza had the crust so hard we couldn't eat it. The Detroit style was overcooked and dry. This has been our favorite pizza place, but the last few times have been getting worse. I spent almost $77 on this disappointment. Called the store the next day. Talked Nathan who gave me the District Managers Michael phone number. I called that and it was a wrong number.
