So happy to see Jets Pizza on the west coast. Lived in Detroit long ago so I've eaten a lot of it and I'm happy to report that they haven't cut corners over time on ingredients or preparation like so many other chains in a race to a minimal viable pizza. Yeah, it's a little more expensive but it tastes really good! If you want to try detroit style or just like deep dish, this is the place to go. Get the 8 corner piece.
Also, if you have food allergies, they offer both gluten free square and round cauliflower crust. My wife liked the gluten free square.
