I had a client recommend this place after learning about my gluten intolerance. I've tried everywhere in town with a gluten free pizza and this place is the most like a regular glutenous pizza I've had around here. So much so I legitimately shed a single tear eating my first piece because I missed the feeling and texture of real bread so much. I am gluten intolerant and did not have any reactions to the gluten free pizza. I'm always prepared for a bit of some kind of reaction when I go out because nowhere has a dedicated gluten free kitchen in town, so I'm really surprised this place did so well.
