I recently found out I've got some inflammatory autoimmune problems and gluten sensitive so been trying various pizza places for gluten friendly options. BY FAR (although pricey but SO worth it) Jet's ROCKS for both their gluten free crust and cauliflower crust options. I had my fav toppings on the cauliflower crust and made my own "cheesy bread" for the gluten free crust. OMG, yummy!! Finally found a go-to fav option when I'm craving good pizza!
