We ordered from Jim’s last night and the pizzas were excellent. I ordered a gluten free crust and my husband ordered a regular crust pizza. I was happy to open the boxes and find that they were still very hot and both had a generous amount of toppings. My gluten free crust was slightly chewy and crispy on the bottom. Just the way I like it. You can only order it in the medium size so I would suspect that they don’t make it in their restaurant but I have never had such a great crust at any other restaurant so I guess I’m going to have to ask next time we order pizza. We have ordered from this restaurant quite a few times and have never been disappointed. I definitely recommend this place for pizza whether you order gluten free or regular crust.
