I could go on about the ingredients and process Jim the owner and pitmaster uses, but what it comes down to is Jim makes really good BBQ. Aside from three sides, everything is gluten free. They are very careful with separate packaging of food and glove changing if there is a chance of cross-contamination. The bacon is out of this world, the beans and greens will have me coming back, but the juicy BBQ and inhouse sausage has me hooked. Oh and they have a sink in the dining room. Jim expects your hands will need more than a wipe after you've enjoyed some BBQ.
