Jimmy's Express

Excellent service and food, needed there to be gluten free dishes and these were done with no issues even when they were not on the menu.

I never write a review on google but this time I have to. I'm not coeliac but for medical reasons I have to eat gluten-free food. While looking at a place to eat I looked at jimmy express website as I pass it all the time. On their website it says: "There are vegan, vegetarian and gluten-free options, which means there's something for everyone!" So I booked there thinking I will have options and be safe. It is a LIE. I arrived there asking for the gluten free options. The waiter didn't know, asking me if I can have soy sauce and tell me I can just have ONE meal out of the menu just ONE and was not even sure. I could have rice noodle with a bit of vegs and chicken/prawn. He asked me then if I want the noodle and chicken DRY.(I truly thought it was a joke) I asked for a bit of gravy if it's gluten-free. 5 min later the dish arrived. Massive plate of over cooked noodle and the gravy was not good. It is a true SHAME to advertise on their website they do gluten free when they are not. You feel rushed, the dishes arrive so so quickly like it's just being microwave and the taste is definitely not there. Sorry but it is not acceptable.
