I told the associate I needed gluten free. She did not clean off the counter nor change her gloves. I am gluten intolerant. If I was celiac, I would have gotten so sick. It's important they are trained in how to properly serve gluten free customers for safety.

Friendly staff with great customer service, they make sure you're happy! They don't lie about freaky fast... I get my sandwich back before paying for it. Simple, fresh, and tasty subs! The bread is addicting, they also offer lettuce wraps for gluten free :) management told me they prep all their veggies, bread, tuna everyday in house before opening. Delivery times are no joke, I see those drivers in and out in minutes.
