They make it right! Ordered a lettuce wrap, very specific with no mayo or sauce's. Gluten allergies as well. The wrap was delivered with a lot of Mayo or aioli sauce. Called and they redelivered the correct unwich. No attitude, just polite and apologized. The roasted tomatoes and pickled onions are so dang good!! Excellent customer service. THANKS

I came in and ordered a unwich Billy club. I am gluten free and at the window they came and told me the roast beef had gluten in it. My mom who is also gluten free never got told this and has ended up puking after not knowing why. I appreciate them actually looking at everything to make sure it was gluten free, new gloves ect. That added care makes me want to come back again and again. Being gluten free makes it so you don't want to eat out. But when a server goes the above step to make sure you don't get steps is amazing! I am now a loyal customer!
