Probably one of the best restaurants I’ve been too. Food and service was 5 stars. My wife is a celiac, she had no reaction, the staff were very accomodating and helpful

As always, everything was great. A lot of gluten free and coeliac friendly options. The food is consistently beautiful, lovely presentation and great quality. A good variety of gin, including Australian. Great friendly service. Jimmy Wah’s continues to be in our top 3 favourite restaurants.

Unfortunately one of the worst experiences in dining out since my husband was diagnosed as coeliac 8 years ago. Dining out is always a nervous experience for my husband but we thought being provided with a coeliac menu upon being seated and everyone who greeted us early on mentioning this we thought we were in good hands. About half way through his meal - which he wasn’t excited for as prior to arrival had looked at gluten free options on the menu not realising these were not coeliac safe. He went with the staff recommendation on the coeliac menu. About half way through his meal which arrived after everyone else’s and was advised as this was due to the extra prep a team member advised he was given the wrong meal and it was not safe. Staff quickly took the unfinished meal away and seemed surprised when we declined an alternate meal. My husband has about 30 minutes to get home after being severely glutened. The apology did not seem sincere so I feel they don’t actually understand coeliac disease at all so should not offer a seperate menu. Due to these time constraints no one in our party was able to finish their meals as we all had to leave asap. While the offending meal was removed from the bill and a discount was offered we will ever be back. Very disappointed and a birthday dinner quickly ruined.
