Next door to Matsuhisa - charging almost the same prices, this restaurant does not compare. I got the tuna lovers sashimi (10 pieces) and my fav tuna, the delicious fatty tuna - Toro, was the most disappointing piece. The fat was chewy. I couldn’t even eat it. The atmosphere is fine. The staff are nice but they can’t accommodate much for gluten & dairy allergies. It’s disappointing for the price. Go to the Bear Den, French Alpine Bistro, Matsuhisa or Steak House No. 316. Those are the only worth while spots for their food in Aspen.

Ordered takeout and specifically asked for gluten free, instead of calling me to tell me the choices I made were fried they just gave me the $167 worth of fried food I couldn't even eat. Thanks Asie!
