We tried both the cauliflower and gluten-free crusts as meat lovers pizzas. Cauliflower is crispier and a little more like a cracker and the gluten free crust is a little doughier. Both were good but pizzas were a little more filled with sauce than we prefer. If you like a lot of sauce, this is your place. I ended up wearing some of it 🤪 My husband has Celiac and I am gluten intolerant and neither of us had any issues. I enjoyed the leftovers for breakfast. A 10-inch crust is their only option in the gluten-free. The service was excellent.
