I love Joe's in Effingham! We eat there a few times a month. They have good Gluten Free pizza. The gluten full is delicious too? But i sadly shouldnt eat it anymore. I also love the chef salad. It's huge! I can get at least 2 meals out of it. The pasta is good too. Sweeter sauces make me a big fan of this place. The service is amazing. Friendly serving staff who have been there forever. I'm not related to or friends with anyone at Joe's. I really appreciate their food and service!

Clean, nicely decorated & relaxed atmosphere. Has a dining area & a bar, but of course you can also do take out. Bathrooms are clean and well-kept. Nice array of apps, pasta, salad, pizza, and desserts. They even have cauliflower crusted pizza if you’re looking for gluten free. Friendly and attentive staff.
