I came for dinner on a Friday night. I ordered a small gluten-free pizza and a root beer. Staff was super friendly and welcoming and gave me a tip for sightseeing. I ate there. The pizza arrived hot and fresh to my table. The crust had a nice consistency and flavor, which can be hard to find with gluten-free. This restaurant is a great option if you are exploring Springfield around the state buildings and the Lincoln sites.

Joe Galinas is open later, has gluten free options, & is wonderful pizza. A perfect pizzeria! The atmosphere is golden. Highly recommend.
