Writing as a review of the gluten-free pizza since I don't see any here so far. This place has two options for gluten-free - a gluten-free cauliflower crust and a gluten-free crust. I asked what the difference was and if the server knew what kind of flour was used for the gluten-free crust, but she wasn't sure other than mentioning maybe corn (which I could see based on the slight yellow color of the crust). I had the gluten-free crust with the trio of sauces and absolutely loved it. The crust is a little bit thicker and chewier, maybe 1/4 inch thick. The sauces were very good, distinct but worked well together. I'm not normally a big fan of pesto but this was quite good. The mozzarella was under the sauces and was a very good texture. The crust was a little crunchy for my tastes, but I know I'm probably in the minority for that around this area. I have Celiac and did not have any symptoms after eating the pizza, both at the restaurant and the morning after with the leftovers I'd taken home.
