I'd recommend arriving with some time to spare, especially on weekends. Once seated, the service was attentive and friendly, with staff members exuding a genuine passion for their food and coffee. For brunch, I ordered the red chilaquiles with eggs and a side of French toast, accompanied by a hot latte. The red chilaquiles were a revelation – perfectly crisp tortillas drenched in a rich, flavorful sauce, topped with fresh eggs cooked to perfection.
