Joe Bosco Authentic Smokehouse BBQ

Delicious and mostly gf! Justine ( her mom is the chef and owner) was amazing. They are well informed about cross contamination and their bbq is all gf. Delish!

I don’t normally leave reviews for restaurants, but I’ve come to Joe Bosco’s on multiple occasions and this time was very impressed. The food has always been great and consistent since I first came back in February, but what really struck me was the service and hospitality the employees provided on my visit this time. My girlfriend and I came in not too long before closing and the ladies at the counter had no problem taking our orders and making sure we were fed! Of course they made us aware of the closing time but didn’t make us feel rushed and was very sweet our entire interaction. The food was amazing and I was very glad my girlfriend enjoyed it being that there’s not many places we can go where there are gluten free options. I personally recommend the Mac n Cheese and Honey Sriracha Chicken Wings. The Smoked Brisket and St. Louis ribs were cooked to perfection but could be a little warmer! Nonetheless, delicious and flavorful food. Definitely come here if looking to get some good authentic bbq in the Poconos and have a nice date night!
