For context, my family is from Nova Scotia so we feel we have had good seafood before. We have ordered takeout and were impressed with the fish and chips. Our large party of 13 recently dined in - every single person, ranging from kids aged 9-10 to adults in their 80s felt the food was excellent - grilled or battered. If ordering the battered fish the serving of fish itself is huge, and the lovely person who served our big party was attentive, friendly and provided excellence guidance to our party member who has celiac disease. We did not take pictures but refer to all the others posted on Google reviews - they are indicative of what we had.
I would not describe the venue itself as being fancy, but fits the bill for what I would expect of a nice, family run local business that serves high quality food.
Will definitely return as our new "go to" seafood place and try more of the menu, and continue to plan to support this local gem.
