Johnny's New York Pizza

Love the bright red decor and the small pizza joint ambiance. I ordered online and picked it up in store. It was ready as stated it would be. Staff were very friendly. Pizza, however, was really lacking. They need to source a different gluten free crust. It was super thin and while I requested crispy, it was like a cracker. Also, the pizza as a whole was pretty bland. The tomato sauce must have been painted on and very sparingly at that. Kind of ridiculous in my mind. Other toppings were ok in amount. I haven’t had pizza in a very long time and I remember Johnny’s as being really good from prior experience although quite awhile back. This definitely was not worth $18. I won’t be back anytime soon, sorry to say.

I normally love this place because of their white gluten free pizza. Tonight I requested a white gluten pizza but didn't receive white. Instead it was marinara sauce and way too much cheese. I will say that they switched to a better gluten free crust and it's so much better.
