Lauren was our waitress. I asked for a gluten free menu and explained that my children have celiac disease. After taking our order, Lauren informed the kitchen of our situation.
Then Crystal, the manager, came over to our table and discussed that there was airborne flour and other possible unavoidable cross contaminants.
The fact that she came over and discussed these concerns with us was really awesome of her, but she surprised us and took it one step further.
A few minutes after this discussion, Crystal returned to our table. She informed us that she had made our pizza in the back, away from other food being cooked/prepared and had opened fresh ingredients to be used on our pizza.
This was going above and beyond and showed genuine care and concern.
I only wished more places had this level of customer service.
5 stars isn't enough for them. They get 10 stars!!!
