Last time coming I got a gluten free milkshake NEVER get again. I clearly specified French fries with no salt and they waited thirty minutes until I got my fries to tell me they cook it with salt. Terrible service. Barely a rush hour and still get orders wrong, business needs to be more organized. They should’ve told me before I waited all this time that they don’t give fries without salt.

Might as well go to McDonald’s, same quality half the price. My wife and I love the Johnny Rocket’s location in Carson City. We assumed that this location had the same atmosphere, quality of food, and standard of customer service so we decided to try. We were wrong. The restaurant was very loud and they play modern music, don’t go here if you want that nostalgic feeling. We were handed greasy torn menus. After ordering we waited 25 minutes, and when we finally asked what was taking so long the waitress blamed it on me ordering a gluten free bun that they had to defrost… the other location in Carson has never had issues. When we finally received our orders they were cold, slapped together, greasy. It looked just like McDonald’s. My wife ordered a strawberry milkshake, they served it in a paper soda cup that was dripping onto the table. It was melted. The French fries were bits and ends, again too greasy and tasteless, couldn’t even finish them. It looked like they gave us the bottom of the pan. We were so disappointed because this location is nothing like the quality and standard we have experienced in the Carson city location. We hope this review alerts management to improve their standards to what we know this franchise can be.
