Johnny Rockets

My friend and I are intolerant, and in my case allergic to gluten, so when we discovered that Johnny Rocket's had GF burgers, we thought it was heaven. I can't deny that the hamburgers were very tasty, however the customer service in this place is terrible, the serving staff is very unfriendly. They brought my friend a hamburger in normal bun, three minutes later they told her that they had made a mistake and that it was not GF, so they took it to change, they just put the new hamburger on the same plate, which they brought . The next day I came back and ordered to go, they treated me very badly, and made me wait too long, they told me that my order was not ready and after 10 minutes the waitress came to give me the order that had 15 minutes that It was already there, and I know because I was watching it! My first time eating at JR. Let's start with the positive side. The staff were nice and friendly, I felt comfortable. I was so happy that they had gluten free buns! The fries were tasty and well fried. The not so positive. The music was too load, maybe I'm getting old :-) The burger was not for me. It taste like a Swedish Pannbiff (minced meat mixed with onion, egg and bread crumbs formed into a patty). It didn't go well as a burger. Hopefully it will taste different next time I try JR.
