Having wanted a waffle at the end of the day, I tried Jolly.
Upon returning, we notice that the pastel decoration leaves room for less space to sit, or even wait for your order. As a result, the service is intertwined with the customers, which causes an ambient hubbub, between the music, the noise of machines, the service and the neighboring customers. For the setting, it somewhat lacks calm to have this coquettish appearance.
But let's get to the main part of why we're here, the waffle!
The conclusion of this experience is all the more bitter, having not been really impressed by the whole achievement. My waffle wasn't cooked enough for my liking, resulting in it being soggy. The topping was appreciable but lacked generosity on mine. However, I noticed that this was only an isolated case specific to my waffle and not to those of others.
Finally, let us note that the service was professional and cordial. The space serves local workers.
In conclusion, a slightly expensive experience for what it has to offer, but a good point for people with special diets (Vegans, gluten-free).
