we first ate here about 3 years ago and were not impressed. Today we went with friends again and were totally satisfied (perhaps management changed?) Had simple lunch today, incluiding #15 the hand pulled spinach noodles which was our favorite today, #18 a spicy and sour noodle with miced beef , and a pita bread soaked in Lamb Soup (although normally in Xi'an, the customer shred the pita bread by hand and dip into the soup as they eat to avoid over soaked) The lamb soup was good though. We also shared a Xian cumin lamb burger (very yummy when eaten hot, not sure about delivery) and a Xian cold white noodle with Gluten (not the transparent cold noodles we had elsewhere but sill good...in fact can be a main for a girl in a hot summer).
Service was super but very limited seatings. Better go early or make reservation.
