I placed an online order of one loaf of Einkorn sourdough bread late on a Tuesday evening. Wednesday found my loaf of yummy bread in the mail and I received it on Thursday morning. I was curious as to its taste as I had not heard of Einkorn bread. Finding out that the grain not only had weak gluten bonds that helped gluten sensitive people digest the bread without major issues, but that Einkorn was also a purebred wheat grain berry grown during biblical times, made me want to try your special bread that much more. My Swedish roommate told me it tasted just like her grandmother's bread when she was a little girl and would visit her grandmother often. She loves it so much she too wants to buy that bread from you. It's delicious. I even took a slice and dipped it into extra virgin olive oil sprinkled with sea salt and ate three slices of it. Amazing! Thank you. P.S. I'm planning on buying more Einkorn bread from you this week to share with friends during Resurrection Sunday weekend.

So thankful to have found Joseph's Organic Bakery! My husband and I can both enjoy bread again!! I developed a gluten allergy 3 years ago and my husband struggles with blood sugar issues as a result of hemochromatosis. We LOVE the 48-hour fermentation einkorn bread - and am about to order our 3rd order (4 loaves is the way to go). My tummy is happier after eating toasted einkorn bread with butter, peanut butter and a bit of honey OR as a splendid meal of avocado toast with bacon. YUMMY!!!! My husband's glucose meter stays rock steady after eating this delicious einkorn bread - what a blessing!! I will say the only 'issue' we've ever had with the 48-hour einkorn loaves was the first time we opened the box. We had expected a taller loaf and at first, I must admit, were a bit disappointed in the lower loft of the loaves. Undeterred, we followed the cut and freeze directions, then toasted our first slices at dinner the same evening. Our concern with the size of the loaves was quickly forgotten after we experienced the HUGE flavor and satisfaction of each bite during that first einkorn bread experience. As I mentioned, we are ordering for the 3rd time in 6 weeks. Really appreciate Joseph's Organic and the options we have for healthy, hearty and yummy bread. Thanks!!

I ordered ancient grain organic sourdough bread because I'm gluten intolerant and most "modern" bread is full of additives. This bread is delicious! I will order more!
