Josies is by far my favorite coffee shop in the Hudson Valley. Vanessa, the owner is so sweet. I have celiac disease and can't eat gluten. They are SO kind about food allergies and have so many different things to eat (gf, vegan, dairy free options). Great food, snacks, and drinks! I can't speak more highly of this place. It's where I take all of my friends
