I’ve visited both locations, and unfortunately, this is the only one where I’ve consistently had issues. I truly love the food, but this is now the fourth time my order has been incorrect. I always order the Better Than “Tuna” Wrap with a gluten-free tortilla due to my gluten allergy, which I always order online.
The first time, I didn’t realize it wasn’t a gluten-free tortilla until I got to my workplace in Dallas, at which point it was too late to correct, and I had to throw it away since I couldn’t eat it. Since then, I’ve made it a point to check my order before leaving, and it still gets made incorrectly every time. It’s always the same staff member so I am not sure if it’s just her.
Four mistakes is excessive, especially when the receipt clearly says “gluten-free tortilla.” Food allergies need to be taken seriously, and I hope this can be addressed so that more care is taken moving forward.
