Julia's Tea Rooms

Had a gluten free version of the Satay vegetables Baguette (which is vegan) which cost £6.90. It was generously filled with roasted vegetables like peppers and courgettes. Though there was not much of a 'satay' taste, it was yummy and I liked the fact that the gluten free bread had seeds in it rather than being white bread. I asked for it to be toasted and I can recommend. It was warm and filling and wholesome. Gluten free bread is smaller than the gluten full bread, but this is to be expected everywhere and it was made up for by the generous amount of filling. Lovely service and a great location. They had lots of unique food options on the menu which I haven't see in any other cafe, and I loved the creativity and choice. They have jacket potatoes and salad options too. Baguettes, toasties and sandwiches. Cake options also. No matcha or tumeric latte available that I could see, but a good tea selection. Ordered a take away but they let me use their bathroom.
